How can I check the status of my order?

once your order has been placed through our website you will receive an e-mail with your invoice number as well as what is happening with your order between the time your place it and the time it ships from our office. Once your order is shipped your tracking number(s) will be sent via e-mail when available. Your status of your order will be kept up to date via e-mail. Should you have any further questions about your order please contact us at theallenavenue@gmail.com

Am I able to make a change to or cancel my order?

because we strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or change an order once placed as processing begins immediately. 

What Shipping methods are available for my order?

Allen Avenue orders will be shipped via Canada Post. At checkout you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Different shipping methods are available depending on the item(s) you wish to purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. Please note that some items may offer only one shipping method, as you update your shipping method choices your order total will adjust accordingly. 

All orders (except for custom orders) are shipped within 1-3 business days of received payment via Canada Post. Weekend orders (that are not custom) will be shipped the following Monday. Shipping addresses must be valid addresses. Allen Avenue offers shipping to all Canadian provinces and territories. International Shipping is also available and priced accordingly upon checkout. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery to you of merchandise purchased through the site. Shipping fees are non-refundable

Can i pick up my order in store?

Allen Avenue operates as an ONLINE STORE ONLY therefore there is no physical store to pick up our products at. We have ensured that we have taken accurate and enough pictures to ease your confidence in the item that you are purchasing. 


Do you do custom orders?

Yes! We love and encourage custom orders at Allen Avenue. To place a custom order please contact us at theallenavenue@gmail.com. 
Custom order pricing will be different than items that are listed on site, and will also have a different delivery time. 

What is Allen Avenue Return policy?

Fashion Accessories
Products must be unused, unworn and in good condition with original hangtags and packaging attached. Returns of full - price merchandize must be made within 30 days of purchase. Returns on sale merchandise, surprise sale, select promotions, event sales, are considered final sale and cannot be retuned. 

Hair & Beauty
All hair and beauty products are final sale and cannot be returned at any time.
