At The Allen Avenue, each piece is thoughtfully handmade in limited quantities based on fabric availability. Due to the exclusive and small-batch nature of our collections, most styles are not restocked once sold out.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds. We offer exchanges only.

Please review our exchange policy carefully below.

EXCHANGE WINDOW

Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery (for shipped orders) or 5 days from date of purchase (for pop-up events). Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.


We do not offer refunds; however, we are willing to process an exchange for your order. Please see below on how we can work together to make your purchase right for you.


HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE

Before sending any item back, you must first  Complete and submit the exchange from online: Click here

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to exchange
  • Reason for exchange

Once reviewed, we will provide next steps and return instructions. Items sent without prior email approval will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • Original packing slip must be included

We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

SHIPPING FEES

Customers are responsible for all exchange-related shipping costs.

  • $10 return shipping fee to The Allen Avenue
  • $10 shipping fee for the new item to be sent back to you
  • Customer is responsible for securing proper packaging and shipping label when returning item

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend selecting a shipping method with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • As our collections are produced in limited quantities, exact size or style exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
  • Custom orders, altered items, worn items, sale items (50% or more), and end-of-roll fabrics are final sale.
