Shipping Origin

  • The Allen Avenue is based in Toronto, Ontario. All items will be shipped via Canada Post. 

Processing Times

  •  Your order will be processed based on where it enters into our cue. Should you need your order by a specific time, please indicate and contact us immediately at theallenavenue@gmail.com

 Shipping

  • We thank you for your support of The Allen Avenue. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.
  • The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.
  • We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
  • When your order is shipped you will receive a notification at the e-mail provided and depending on the service selected, a tracking number will be provided.
  • Returned shipments will be not be refunded, and if requested to attempt shipping again, will be at cost to the purchaser.

    Please check with your local postal service on delivery times as service has been impacted due to the Covid-19 pandemic. 


Local Delivery

Now offering Local Delivery within Toronto, GTA.
As we continue to monitor the status of Covid-19, we are taking every step to ensure the safety and health of our customers and staff. We are open for online shopping and local delivery with Toronto, GTA
Local Delivery orders will be delivered once per week.

When do we deliver?

Orders are delivered on every Sunday of the week. Orders submitted weekly by Thursday before 7:30PM will be included for deliveries made on Sunday. Please place your order before the cut off time so you can have the best delivery experience.

Please note, that while we do our best ensure timely delivery, there are certain factors (weather, traffic, accidents, etc.) that may impede our ability to do. We will do our best to communicate any delays in delivery at the earliest opportunity.

What is the minimum order required?

A minimum of $80 order is required for local delivery, and there is a $20 delivery fee. All orders over $100 (before taxes) will be free delivery. Kindly leave a phone number behind at checkout as we may contact you when your order is arriving. 

Where do we deliver?

We delivery within Toronto, GTA. Servicing the following areas: Toronto, York Region, Peel Region, Durham Region

Live outside of Toronto?

Depending on availability, our local delivery service may deliver to other parts of Toronto. Please email  us first to see if an arrangement can be made. Please note that the minimum order required is $100 for orders outside of our store location, and there is a $20 delivery fee. 

How will I be contacted?

You will receive either e-mail or text message from courier letting you know that your order is on the way and when it has been delivered. 

Other notes

All condo/apartment owners, please be present at the lobby for pickup when your order arrives, as our driver will only deliver to the lobby of the condo/apartment complex. Please leave any information for the driver in the notes section (e.g. buzz codes, special instructions). We will send you a message when your order is out for delivery.

International / US Orders 

  • Orders shipped outside Canada are responsible for custom fees. We are not responsible for any custom fees. Once it leaves Canada we are not responsible for any issues that may arise.
